The Town of Botwood would like to clarify the role of the Town Manager / CAO. The current Towns and Local Service District (LSD) Act, which is linked below, clearly states in section 76(1) ” Where a town has a town manager, the town manager may employ, suspend or dismiss an employee of the town.
